I tested a Collaborative Platform call Egroupware in my personnal computer. Unfortunately I've some trouble to install it on a dedicated host with management tools and a DNS server.

The project will start without any financial help, nevertheless the goal is to work together to apply in an European Framework Project.
I propose you to exchange first by mail, I will share all the documents in this website (waiting egroupware is setup).
The first reflexion consist to define a draft of the collaborative form. As a new project all ideas are welcome.
